Lone Peak Cinema - Big Sky's First and Only Movie Theater! Sneak Peak Weekend at Lone Peak Cinema - Good Stuff was given away! Lone Peak Cinema, Big Sky’s first and only movie theater, opened in November of 2011!
Two theaters seat 80 people in one theater and 120 people in the other, and will play three Hollywood movies throughout the year.
The theater’s box office is set back in the lobby rather than at the front door to be more inviting for visitors. The lobby’s tall ceiling is graced with a chandelier and there’s even a fireplace greeting visitors as they walk in. They invite you to come and hang out with friends before or after the show!
The bigger theater will be equipped with a stage for rent for events like Ophir School plays and Big Sky Arts Council and Big Sky Institute guest speakers.
Ticket prices: Adult $10.50. Childrens (17 & under): $8.50

Great Experience!!
It is so great to finally have a theater in Big Sky! The design and decoration is very nice, the leather seats are super comfortable and the staff is genuine and friendly. A huge bonus for Big Sky locals is not having to drive the two hour round-trip to Bozeman to see a movie. Our family will be going to the movies a lot more often now!
